1. Photo Processing
PassportPhotoCreator works entirely in your browser. When you upload a photo, it is processed locally using JavaScript on your own device. Your photo is never sent to our servers. All cropping, background removal, brightness and contrast adjustments happen client-side. The result is downloaded directly to your device.
2. Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 with Consent Mode v2. Analytics tracking is disabled by default (analytics_storage: denied). If you are in the EU, EEA, UK, or Switzerland, a cookie consent banner is shown before any measurement begins. Analytics is only enabled if you click Accept. You may decline or change your choice at any time by clearing your browser's localStorage. Non-EU visitors are measured anonymously using cookieless pings only.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
We do not set any tracking cookies without your explicit consent. We store a single localStorage entry (key: photodoc-consent, value: granted or denied) to remember your cookie preference. No advertising cookies, no profiling, no cross-site tracking.
4. Cloudflare CDN
The website is delivered through Cloudflare's CDN. Cloudflare processes standard server request data (IP address, browser user-agent, referrer) for security, DDoS protection, and performance. This processing is covered by Cloudflare's own privacy policy: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
5. No Registration or Accounts
We collect no personal data. There is no registration, no login, and no user accounts. We do not store your name, email address, or any identifying information. We do not sell or share data with third parties for marketing purposes.
6. Your Rights (GDPR)
If you are in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have rights under GDPR and UK GDPR including the right to access, rectify, restrict, or erase any data we hold about you. Since we store only your consent preference in localStorage, you can exercise your right to erasure instantly by clearing your browser's localStorage for this site.
